Hello,

I have a Windows Vista SP1 laptop.

I can go online and access all web pages both with Firefox or Explorer and then suddenly the browser will stop browsing! All IM programs continue to run, Outlook still gets emails and I still have connectivity via ping etc. but I am unable to pull up anything with either of my browsers.

I haven't been able to pin this to any single occurrence but it seems to happen most often when I browse Facebook pages. Could this have anything to do with them being .php pages?

What could be the problem?

Thanks,

Di

I don't think it has anything to do with any particular web extension as I am having the problem on a regular basis (several times daily) and almost never use such sites.
