Hello,

Please help, my Friendster and my e-mail address had been hacked, and the person who hacked my e-mail and Friendster, has changed my name and everything... i'm soo sad, and i'm going to get killed by my parents, if i don't get it back!! so please anyone, please hellp me, i really need ur guys help, please pity me, because the person had changed all my name and everything, PLEASE, HELLLPPPP, :'(

i am petty sure that you didn't log off, last time when you use your e-mail,so it is you who have to be blamed remember if you
live your e-mail without logging it off, it is easier to be hacked make sure that next time when you open another e-mail address you have to lock off before living your PC or internet cafe computer system,so i know that you learn by your own mistakes by not repeating it.

This person above me is ignorant. Not logging out of your email only keeps the browser session event open. Meaning only via your computer can it be accessed. To hack is to enter through force without being allowed. If you did it at somewhere with a public computer, it's your own fault yes, but they didn't hack it in anyway. It was never closed so thus they walked right through your open door.

Any how, have you been to Friendster.com contact page?
There's a help email address listed on this page.
Go there, NOW.

Email the support team and let them know your personal email address and Friendster profile has been hacked or what ever.

You'll need to provide your Profile URL link to the support team. If you cannot provide the UID number, good luck.

Hi my friendster acct was hacked last nov. the hacker was asking for money. he change my email address but my password is the same. Can you please help me with Regards to this? and somebody created an friendster acct for me, The content of the profile was very defaming i tried to do "REPORT OFFENSIVE" but the account is still active. If you're email and password has been changed by hijackers, I don't think there's anything you can do except from make an official report to Friendster and start a new account. If you want to avoid it from happening again, you can try this fix: http://friendstertips.wordpress.com/

If you want to think it was a pro that did it, either a phishing tool was used or perhaps a keylogger.

Other than that, you're on your own.

Hi madam i already did that but nothing happened because the hacker already change my email add... he ask for money so that he will give me my new email add and password i told him that i can't give him money because i am not working i just ask a support from my sister anyway that friendster is not that important to me its ok with me if the hacker destroy it but the problem is that he put nude pic i feel so humiliated...because i'm not like i don't brought up like that i have good values...thanks for your reply god bless!!!!

Hi before anything else thank you for your reply and for the concerned just want to let you know that the hacker already give back my friendster he just ask me to sign up to friend finder...but i use other email add and password and i use other computer when i sign up to that...because i want to be safe may be hes just tricking me again or something...but fortunately he's telling the truth he give back my friendster...

Thank God :) Now that you got it back I strongly urge you to change email and password immediately so that he can't enter it again. And I also suggest you to follow the Friendster Tips blog (the link is posted above) to protect and secure your Friendster account. Don't let him hijack again.

Is the hacker ask you to email him...if he ask you dont do it just talk to him/her properly dont argue with him because if yiou argue wit him he might get pissed off and wont give back your fs anymore...my friendster has been hacked also but the hacker give it back to me already maybe he get tired...at first he ask for 20$ but i dont give him because i dont want to tolerate him....

I couldn't promise ur FS account back coz its mostly impossible if the hacker change ur FS email address to login.

For everyone that lost theri friendster login info: don't be stupid! Change it and write it down, your obviously not good at remembering, but I feel your pain.
