No icon for a printer on my tool bar

Hello,
how do i install a printer icon on my tool bar ? and the number for firefox i was given was not correct! it was 1-888-586-4539 is there another number? if i need help so i can talk to a live person?

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.4

Right click on center of toolbar, open Properties, click Customize, and look 4 printer icon on left pane. Highlite, then click on Always show, apply, OK. U can search Mozilla toll-free number at the link below:

You say to go to task bar ceneter right click choose icon of printer and add it to taskbar. i have no printer icon to click on how do i find that?
