Toshiba Satellite L640 Network controller dri [Solved]

Hello,
I have a Toshiba Satellite L640 and can not pick up any wireless signal.
i have installed the atheros LAN driver but under device manager it says network controller is an unknown device.
any help please to get my wireless up and running.
im using windows 7 ultimate!

try this 1
If you are having problem only with your wireless then download the wireless drivers.
Go to your manufacture website, just click on this link

https://www.toshiba-india.com/laptop/DriversDetails.aspx

select the following options
product list = notebook computer
series = satellite
model = L640
Select your OS type

and in category ---> download Ethernet LAN and Wireless LAN drivers by selecting the options and clicking on Show Drivers ---> then install it.
Note : select the right drivers for your laptop.

install atheros lan driver and brodcom's wireless driver and toshibas configfree utility andthen u will be able to access both lan and wifi . the configfree utility has options for enabling and disabling lan, bluetooth and wifi all .
