I need new drivers for sony DCR-TRV270E!!!Can anyone help me...I have problem with running programm PICTURE PACKAGE to edit fex films..??

Configuration: Windows XP
Opera 9.21

I lost my cd-rom which i got with my cam nd i install drivers but i can't connect it to pc

I was able to get mine to work.

1. Install SonyUSBDriver using Windows XP compatibitly. First extract the content of the SonyUSBDriver file. Then right click the setup file and left click compatibilty, change it to Windows XP SP2. It will then allow you to install the USB driver.
2. Now mine works with both Firewire as well as USB.
I noticed that the first time hooking up the device, evn though it install drivers, it did not work. Unplug and plug in again, it will then Work.

i have just tried your link for the sony DCR-TRV270E drivers is your system xp or vista because i am running vista on both desktop and lap top

Hi i have a dcr-trv255e hanycam and a laptop running vista i've downloaded the usb drivers from sony and when i plug in the usb lead the laptop knows its there but sony's program dosen't or windows movie maker anybody any ideas ????
