Delete Restore Points

Hello,

My main partitions space keeps shrinking due to the recovery partition enlarging. I would like to know how to limit the amount of space the recovery partition can take, and how to stop my main partition from shrinking ( It has shrunk by 10 GB in the past week)

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0
