Just logon to actionvoip with ur user name and password.
U will be directed to your account page, where it shows your account balance as zero (0.00) eruos. next to that there is an option (buy more) in red color, click on that, else on the right hand side of your account page there is a purchase option, click either of it. you are now provided with option to buy credit. the last option is "Redeem voucher" click on it. when you are asked to enter the voucher no, enter it and click ok.
you are all done, your voucher will be redeemed if it is valid.
Note: never keep your voucher unredeemed for more than a day of your purchase, you might loose the credit / some one else might use it. How? I donno, but has happend to me quite a number of times.
