Fujitsu Amilo Pi 2515 Keyboard problem

Hello,
I have a problem where as I typing my cursor starts to kove around from line to line destroying my work. Messages like this one can take several attempts to finish. Fujitsu helpdesk say it's down to me resting my palms on the pad but I can type with my hands at full distance and still have the problem.
I have also been advised that it could be down to using a wireless mouse but whether that is attached or not makes no difference. Can anyone offer a solution please?

Configuration: Windows Vista
Internet Explorer 7.0

Vista has a problem with over-sensitive trackpad drivers. Check to see if you have an option to turn off the trackpad when a mouse is plugged in. You might also download and install the latest driver from Fujitsu.

I have the exact same problem! It's infuriating! I can't turn off the pad, but I'll try the latest driver! Thanks!
