Intel 845g chipset BIOS problem

Hello,
i have a P4 , 845g chipset , 2 gb ram , 256 mb AGP .

One fine day it jus wont power up . the unit was working like a champ untill i found out my bios batt cr2032 was lill weak , thus wen i tok out the batt the comp booted . i had to set the clock manually but it worked fine . Now when i replaced the batt with a new one it wont power up again ..... ??? i jus dont know why , pls i need help i am tired of correcting the date & time everyday ....

PLS HELP WITH CORRECT SOLUTIONS

Y dont u just check the battery mayb its not an appropriate for ur chipset... well try to place the battery with which ur system was working, coz first of all we gota make sure tht ur power supplier is working or not, well if ur power supplier is working then try to change te battery...well most of the time if ur chipset cumz up with any kinda starting probz just ressemble ur pc, unplug all the power cables except the one connected to ur motherboard then just on it for 5 minutes again turn it off plugin the wires n i hope ur prob will be solved.
