Check the power source that it runs 220v,Check the power suppy whether it has still the same wattage , if not replace the PSU, OR dismantle your hardwares then reinstall it again. If the issue still persist format your PC for some softwares posibilities corrupted.

Thanks....

New problem with me...

when i use my new INTEX 600VA UPS in my old pc which has a 300Watt PSU and AMD Athlon Machine , a Hard Disk and CD drive. it runs fine.
but when i connect the same UPS in my new PC. which has a 400Watt PSU and Intel P-D 2.66ghz and a 9500GT 1GB DDR Graphics Card and 2Gb DDR@800mhz, i have the same problem.

i dont think any software corruption has anything to do with power.

any solution ??

This problem can be caused by the following reasons:

1. Some UPSes are not properly configured to run computers; they don't provide a continuous stream of power to your system. MY PC has the same problem. The electrician told me this happened it was because this-and-this chip in The UPS was located too far from this-and-this place, and other technical info which could be the problem. If this is the case, then changing your UPS to one which is certified to be able to run PCs properly should help. But this is not likely because you said you said you tried it with another UPS also.

2. This could be your system hardware problem: PCs have a special chip or something like that in them which holds electrical charge for 0.something milliseconds before the UPS can take over and begin supplying power. Some PCs have a problem that the chip holds far too less charge, so it can't sustain the PC until the UPS begins powering it. If this is the case, then change the chip.

I think the problem is with your motherboard. Show the same to your authorised service center and think it wil be resolved. Me nd my friend both had the same problem and both of us are having ASUS motherboard.
