Problem is with your windows and the best alternative would be that you repair your windows registry either with a software called regcure or using your windows installation cd and after that you should be done.

I tried using regcure but u hav to pay for that program so i used Ccleaner instead which i think is better...but even after cleaning the registry i still get the same problem..i mean opening music is ok and documents but after u keep browsing through folders the error comes up n when i click on video files

I have the same problem. It only pops up when i try to open video files. What do i do?
