Hello,

My Laptop has been shutting off randomly all the time now when its plugged into the wall charger battery pack. Withput it plugged into the wall it won't even turn on. Do I need a new battery? Also the CPU seems to get very hot so I bought a blower fan for underneath the laptop to get the hot air out but it will still turn off at random.

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0

Hello

I think it's a time for new battery.Have you tried to pull off the battery and run the laptop pluged in the wall? Will it also get so hot?
