Cant connect with my wireless connection

Hello,

I can't seem to turn on my wireless device, the switch is turned to the correct position however the light will not change from Amber to Blue. I? have attempted to manually turn on via the support pages however this is not working. The option to Manually set up a wireless connection has also disapeared. please help

there is two chance . one is hardwere damage change another router to check. another softwere is damage. re instal modeam driver. for wire less u can down load we fi softwere from download .com on free it is good for wire less.
