Can't connect to my network

Hello,
I am a user of ALFA network USB Highpower Adapter 802.11G . My device is AWUS036H USB Adapter of the ALFA series . Using this device I have made a network . My networks name is ALFA . It's network authentication type is open and it's data encryption is WEP . My problem is that I am not able to connect to this network but i am able to connect to other unsecure networks . Can u plzz help me to solve my problem !!!

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 7.0

It's possible that this network adapter will only support ad hoc networks. Try to enable "ad hoc" networking on your computers.

I have tried and enabled ad hoc networking on my computers but still I cannotconnect to my network . What can i do next ???????
