Phoenix long beeps

Hello,
may pc beeps long continously...but once when i boot again there are no beeps but displays BIO ROM checksum error - system halted....after that the when i reboot again the long continous beeps starts again...

what should i do fix this problem? if i replace memmory can solve the prob?...
if the problem is on the bios...how can i replace the bios?..i have red an article..and it said that contact your system dealer?...
help me please...tnx...
