Realtek High Definition Audio problem

Hello,
i'm Albert is there anyone can solved this problem (Realtek High Definition Audio device) i think?. i'm listening music to my laptap(aspire 47200) then Afterward i can't hear any sound and my music player(music match) still running. i checked the volume control is ok 95 % high and then i try also to the device manager(sound controller) if it's corrupted but is not... and says "This device is working properly!". CAn anyone share your ideas to solve this said problem. In advanced Thank You......very much...

Hi there If this has happened recently I would do a system restore to when it was last working and see if that does the trick. If not try uninstalling the deviece and reinstalling it sometimes that works.
