Difficulty to access my ADSL modem setup page

Hello,
I have a Linksys WAG200-G ADSL modem, but I can not access to my modem setup page via device's IP address! Also, it is not possible to access to setup settings using CD-ROM coming with device. plz let me know, how could I access my setup page? (My Internet connection hasn't any problem and its Ok)

You need to connect a PC to the Linksys router via cat-5 wire. You can't get to the setup page using a wireless connection.

I have a problem mr. xpcman. My problem is I have a Toshiba M200 Portege currently the bios password was change by small brother and even he forgot too. So should I do can you help so I crack the pasword for it.
