Change Default Gateway Remotely

Hello,
I want to know that how can i change the Default Gateway of a remote computer using the netsh command.

The command
#netsh int ip set address "local area connection" static 192.168.0.101 255.255.255.0 192.168.0.254 1
successfully changes the ip and gateway of my computer but i want to do it on some other computers over the LAN.

I am not using DHCP and i dont want to use it as its not required in my case.

I got the above mentioned command from
