Route a CCTV Camera System

Hello,
I m using Linksys Router WRT54G2. Plz any body tell about this problum that i want view my cameras on web so i purchase a static IP address. i configure it in linksys router. now i route my camera sys Dynamic IP on static IP. the problum is that the router change the ip address of the camera system every week or month or ..... so i cann't see my camers view. so tell me the solution plz

You should have a fixed ip router when trying to do this kind of thing

It is easier to use DDNS in most cases;

"While DVRs often support DDNS, it is, in every case we have come across, unnecessary because the place to set up your DDNS is in the router - all modern routers support this in firmware or with a firmware upgrade (easily done!), using Dynamic DNS services such as TZO.COM."

Use DDNS service (free service) to convert a dynamic ip into fqdn (fully qualified domain name) and then did port forwarding to reach ur private address over the LAN..bst of luk any question pm me

CCTV Camera System?
I have to do a proposal for camera system. They have four seperate building close to eachoter, two next to eachoter, and two below next to eachother Like Below

All they want to do is see when someone is appoaching the doors. Is it better to mount camera at the top of the door shooting out, or on another building shooting at the door?
