When administator and user account is disable

Hello,
hello,i had just disable the the administator and user account in my computer by mistake, i shut down the computer.after some time when i turn on the computer there is no choice for the log on account.how i enable my this account to go to the the start menu?

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0

Hey there,

well just try to start your computer in safe mode and then when in safe mode just go in the user accounts settings and enable it there.

it should heal your problem.
