Hello,

My computer could not start because the fowwowing file is missing or corrupt "\windows\system32\config\system. how can I fix this problem, I do not have the original set up CD; is it possible to download into a usb drive and and download to the computer. thank you for the help

How stupid was the answer to your question. I had the same message and got a rerpair step answer. If it can't find the HD with the OS you can't load nothing in winxp. I don't think these people are awake or they've been awake too long.
