Hacked MSN account..HELP

Hello,
My MSN account was hacked into several days ago. The very next day private emails were distributed for others to see which was an envasion of my privacy. I filed a report with MSN but they're asking me to send them IP addresses through windows firewall. This didn't happen on my personal computer but took place elsewhere. How would I be able to get this information when it didn't happen on my PC?? I know for a fact that someone got into my account and would LOVE to be able to trace this back and find out who did this to me. Also the emails that got out were fwd'd elsewhere, how would I tell where it was fwd'd too???! Please help. :)

I have an ex family member who is a cybercop. Without going into detail, I think she is hacking my email and FB accounts. I believe this would be a felony but I have no way to prove it.
