My computer restarts automatically

Hello,
my problem is that my computer can log in windows. whenever it prepares to log in window it restart. so i even can not do anthing. but when i put the window xp installation disk into the cd rom, i can log n window. i tried 3 times and the results were similar. i don't know what to fix this problem. please help me. thanks in advance!

I think its proplem in power supply (smps) please change it.
