Regsvr.exe problem at startup

Hai,
There is a Regsvr.exe problem appears at startup in my computer. I cant solve this.
What may be the reason?

This is a virus which starts when your computer starts, so when you run any anti virus program or delete this file then it creates a problem. Your computer starts and its unable to locate that file to that is when it gives you this error.
So I can give you a temporary solution as I myself not sure about any other way out.

Just follow these steps.

click on Start>Run> then type msconfig
then another window opens up there goto tab Startup and then locate the file regsvr.exe and uncheck the button in the starting of the same.

Then exit and follow the steps.

I am sure it sill solve the problem.

Edit the registry by regedit and find the regsvr.exe file by f3 and delete athe regsvr entry u found here
close the edito and restart the pc i hope this will solve the problem

I found the soultion for the same.
I found it my self its really working for me
i got the error at startup say that regsvr.exe not found.
Plz find the process how to remove this error
Goto-> RUN-> Regedit->HKEY_LOCAL_MEACHINE->SOFTWARE->MICROSOFT->WINDOWS NT->CURRENT VERSION->WINLOGON->in the reght side panel u can see the key SHELL -> in that key u if u see the two names (Explorer.EXE Regsver.exe) plz delete only the regsver.exe(plz do not remove the explorer.exe) Just Press OK

PLZ BE CARE FUL WHEN UR DOING THIS UR PLAYING WITH SYSTEM FILES PLZ DO NOT REMOVE ANY OTHER KEYS
IF ANY SYSTEM CRASHES I AM NOT RESPOSIBLE
PLZ CREATE A SYSTEM RESTORE POINT BEFORE DOING THIS
