How to open Access Denied websites

Hello,
Hay dear,

In my office most of the sites like yahoo, orkut, gmai, indiatimes are banned. When I am go to this sites it shows Access Denied
Can anyone please help me to solve this problem.

Dear Sir,

In my company most of the website are banned like gmail,yahoo,orkut etc,When i opne its showing me access denied .So kindly send me the option to open this sites.
For fast reply highly appreciated.

You can use online proxy to unblock these sites.
i usually use http://freeonlineproxy.info
