Double clicking wont open drive (solved)

i have problem with this famous virus/problem, which i cant open my drives( not only one of them) with double clicking or exploring it.( it brings the "open with"" window.)
and i know there are lots of forums here with the same question, but think my problem is a little diffrent.
well i know things about the autorun.inf , the diffrence is that i scanned my drives with NOD32 anti-virus and it deleted some of the files like that in my drives, and still i have the same problem. i tried some of the solutions from this site and other sites, but none worked.
please help, :(
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0
EDIT: sory, forgot to restart my pc after nod32 scan, :D. it's OK now and no more virus :)
You can also use this simple peice of software which i found to be very helpful.its very small.easy to use.removes all ur trojans and viruses.
