Hello et Merci - I HAVE the powerpoint viewer but Outlook won't recognize it or somehow I have to integrate it into the Outlooks system...that's my problem that I can't seem to find an answer to.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and see what happens?

Everything I have reinstalled is NEW from source so it's got to be a setting I'm missing. I tried the folder settings trying to see if I added PPS to the extensions there it would help, but it didn't because Power Point Viewer is already installed...ah well, appreciate your try...thanks
