Hello,

Do anyone know of any removal tool for a w32.patch.a virus? Lately, I can not update my Norton anitvirus program nor Window Defender. It seem that the virus is not alllowing me to scan my system and I am afaid that it may have infected my network.

Can someone help me out?

I would very much appericate your help.

Hi there, i would advise you not to use norton.
use Nod32, best i've heard yet, to solve your problem, try this.
Press Start
Then Run
Then Type sfc /scannow
this will then replace all or most of your system32 files, then trying running norton, or whichever to remove the virus.
