Hey all,

This is my firts post here.
I have been having troubles with my Envison / Aoc 22 l22w765 inch monitor / hdtv. 4 months old
A few days ago my monitor did not want to stay on, the power light flashes and after a few seconds it would go in to standbymode. The same thing happens when its in tv mode.
Now i got it to stay on two days ago ,when I starded it up and went into my bios but now it does the same thing again .
Startups, light flashes, shows image tv or pc and then it goes in to standby.
Now tonight I got it to stay on when I pushed the input button on the monitor it self while it was seeking a signal.
The monitor says "please wait " and just before it displays the image I pushed the input button. The power buttons stays yellow and doesn't flash anymore. Now a few days ago I also installed a new sound card chaintech av710 and the very next morning the monitor went into standbymode.
For now I uinstalled the soundcard and went back to my onboard souncard.
The monitor still goes in to standby mode unless I push the input button while turning it on.
When it's working every thing is just fine colors ,no distoration or noise what so ever.
Im afraid there is something seriously wrong with this monitor.Does it have an internal memory that got lost somehow ?
I went looking for drivers but found none.
Please help thanks

Configuration: Windows XP sp2
Internet Explorer 7.0, motherboard asus p5k 2gb supertalent ddr2

Hey there,

i think that the problem is coming from your screen itself and if its a new one i would recommend that you get it to where you have bought it and have an exchange for it there.

see you
