XP install, can't see my hard drive

Hello,
what about if install vista and then I install XP?

cand this work?
i understand that vista has a great recovery mode and i cand format the hard disk from there ..and after that, the bootable xp can see my hard drive?

True or false?

I dont think if that will work..
Look at this.. you install Vista and then downgrade to XP?? You think it will work? Nonetheless... try it out... coz I am in the same kind of problem... or maybe... just download sata drivers from the net!

It will work if you make 2 partitions.... or use 2 Hard Drives (Better).

1. First Install XP on Drive C:

2. Install VISTA on Drive D:
