Messenger 8 and 9 downloads.

Hello,
Has anyone experienced screen distortion after downloading Messenger 8 or 9.
My screen adopts a multi dot type matrix background and colour changes, quite unlike the normal screen format.
Many of the words are illegible and a two tone blue lineage appears across the bottom of the screen where the 'start' button is displayed.
Any similar experiences and remedies please.

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 7.0

I'm sorry about it.. you might have caught a spyware while downloading the last messenger program. Well try first to unistall the program. Then run a scan on safe mode as it will remove any spyware that are not activated while you are in normal mode.

Then, try to get pcAnywhere from http://www.snapfiles.com/download/dlpcanywherepass.html. it will solve any in compatibility problems that you might be facing with your monitor and programs.
