Keyboard buttons

Hello,
I have a Ps/2 keyboard from HP i keep reading threads and they say to go to printers and other hardware something like that in the control panel but,i dont see anything like that i have a Hp Pavillon a430n when i click on control panel i see hardwares like keyboards,mouses,printers and faxes,game controllers,Ect. and i went in to keyboards and then i double clicked on my keyboard and the tabs i saw in the properties were General,Driver,and power management i didnt see any buttons tab so i went to general,nope! then i went to driver and clicked update Driver i did that and then i now have a Enhanced Multimedia Ps/2 Keyboard and i rebooted, went back still no buttons tab so will you please help im buying a new on in december because i love hp and was going to get vista ultimate but i still love this computer!!!!!

If you cannot get into the BIOS then this is not a Windows but a hardware
problem. Your keyboard, PS/2 port or BIOS might be defective. I suggest you
try a different keyboard. I suggest updating the keyboard driver. So please download the driver for HP Multimedia Keyboard Driver from HP website:

If the problem still persist, then I suggest you contact Hp for further troubleshooting.
