Can't login to MSN

ok the story started like this
last time I login to MSN was on April 3 , 2010 and it was Ok. the next day I could not login
I tried so many times till May 01 , 2010
the window keep telling me wrong pass word , I heard that if open a new account I can import the contacts, so I did but NO luck

Please Help

Please consider contacting the email service provider to have clear information about the specific problem for the fact that the account might also have been disabled.
