Dvd/cd writer

Hello, I have two dvd/cd writer/burners in my hp computer and both will write/burn to a dvd but neither will write/burn to a cd, can you please help me fix this? PLEASE! I just recently changed one of the writer/burners and before this I could burn to both but now I have the problem I mentioned aboved. I Pray that someone can help me.

Did you install software then you changed DVD drives? You might try to uninstall it. You should only have one program(like Nero) for burning disks - you can get strange side-effects when you have more than one.
