Iphone touch screen not responding to touch

i dropped my iphone on a hard floor and it didnt shut off or anything but now the touch screen is not responding to touch. i re-stored my iphone and rebooted it and nothing is working. i really dont have the money to fix it. any solutions?

Dear Sir,

The touch screen should have had some problems and I will advise you to send it for repair in order to have the problem fixed.
