I make distributution list for venders who work on different items for the school. Many of the small contractors do not have e-mail. Since I cannot add an e-mail address to their contact information, I cannot place them on a distribution list.
For some reason when I entered some venders information the e-mail box shows 'no e-mail address found". I am able to enter those names into a distribution list, but have no idea how I did this.
