Toshiba Satelite Windows Shut-down message!

Hello,

I just received a message on my Toshiba Satelite Laptop of: Windows shut down your system due to a problem with your software or hardware you recently installed. My computes is stuck on this screen and will not go past it. THe problem is I wasnt near the system and have not recently installed or uninstalled and software or hardware. I do not have a recovery disc. Any suggestions?

Any help will be gratly appreciated..

Internet Explorer 7.0
