Unable to open folder

Hello,
I am unable to open any fol;der in my PC. Clicking on folder gives the message

"The operation has been cancelled due to restriction i effect on this computer. Please contact your administrator"

If any solution to this problem plese suggest.............

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0

That simple the only thing that you can do is switch off the account and entire in to the administrator account, i am pretty sure that you logged your self in to guess account so, if you don't know the password of that account, i suggest you have to clear it or delete the system files

Hi,
you can try this to reset the administrator password
open the cmd "Start>>run>>then type cmd"
now type "net user administrator *" than press enter and the type the password twice
after that try to log on as admin
