Hello,
i got this error message when i try to go to system restore it says C:\windows\system32\restore\rstrui.exe A device attached to the system is not functioning. i tried to google it nothing came up that had to do with it anyone have any ideas about this. ty in advanced

Look is lack a system of files, just try to download a software called Registry Easy from keep-pc-clean.com it might help you a lot.
