My ps3 cant find op address when testing.

Hello,i'm trying to establish internet on my ps3 console and everytime it searches for ip and tests internet connection it says "a search for your ip has timed out". i've setted up every other code or number that the ps3 asked for but it fails on ip search. it is a wireless router and its in the room my ps3 is sittuated, any ides what my prob can be?

You have to look at ur internet icon at the bottom of ur computa and howd ya get the other codes

I had this same problem when I had a router problem while wireless. To have to connect the PS3 to the hardwire for reconfiguration. Enusre that your router is configured, then use the easy settings to obtain the IP Address automatically. Hope this helps. if not enter all the information from the router manually.

My connection was fine last night, I've been using wired connection (YES I reset the modem don't suggest that I try that) but since this morning I've not been able to get online at all. It just won't findthe IP address

You have to look up all of the things it tells you to do in the ip adress paet on the internet

Try adding 1 to the last number of the ip address. Example: 0.0.0.123 becomes 0.0.0.124. Unfortunately the problems don't stop there...
