I CANT PLAY BF-BC ONLINE

Hello,
I just bought Battlefield Bad Company a few weeks ago and when i try to
play online it says connecting then i wait about 15-20sec and a message
pops up saying THE CONNECTION TO EA ONLINE HAS BEEN LOST.....
why do i get this message when my friends can play online??

PLEASE HELP

Hello there, i had this same problem but after me restarting the game and xbox a few times it let me do it, if this dosenot work try and restart ur home hub brodband or what ever it is conected to or move it around the house to get better resption. :):):):):):):):):) hope this helps m8.
