Looking for FLV player that supports Streamin

Hello, I'm looking for FLV player that supports Streaming Video (RTMP) as well as advertising FLV movie before the listed movie playes. Also i need to know if i can place a specific movie (flv) as an advertising that will start before my personal video plays automatically. There are lots of flash video player out there on softpedia or download.com. However, I don't know which flash player you have tried, here is what I found:
