SYSTEM RESTORE wont work

is there any way for me to reformat the laptop and install the drivers and utilities on my laptop.Cos my friend just loaded Vista over top of my old file's cos PC Restore wont work at all when i try to use PC Restore. it say's [ /NOEXECUTE=OPTIN ] thats when i press the F10 key, or are there any programs on the net to get or download and help my Dell Inspiron 1545 VISTA 64bit back to normale the way how i bought it thanks Gerva.

Hi there,

If you have the recovery cds then its easier to get it set to factory default as new,all you need to do is to boot from the cd/dvd one by one and all will be done automatically.
