Error message on spybot search and destroy

Hello, I have spybot search and destory and it take about 4 hours now to do a scan. It never used to take this long, and several times in scan it stops with box that starts with " there were problems in the include file..." and i have to click ok to continue scan. F&Q shows same message and stated to update file titled TCP/IP Setting Pluggin , but when i hit update button, no such title existed. I downloaded all updates though. Can anyone tell me why it is taking so long to scan, and how can i not have this box appear. thanks!
