Hello,
i want to install myweb cam but it doesnt work what can i do?

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 7.0

Hi
when you are installing the web cam you need to make sure that it is NOT plugged in before the software finishes the install or untill it is asked for

remove all the webcam stuff and unplug the device
then reboot the system

now install the webcam software once this is complete you can plug the webcam in
all should be ok unless the cam itself is faulty
