Hi my keyboard isnt working on start up?

Hello,
I have been haveing trouble with my keyboard on start up. When I go to turn it on the keyboard doesn't work.
Doesn't anybody have any sugest for help please contact me at Jstocker2slingshot.co.nz thank you for the help.

Configuration: Windows 2000
Firefox 1.0.7

I have the same problem with my new Mac. I find that if I jiggle the cable for about 20 seconds, the keyboard eventually connects.

Same with me i have a usb one it only works when u go to logon
