Hi. I have a Windows XP Professional Laptop. Awhile ago the the disc drive stopped opening. I've pressed the button for opening it on the Laptop, and tried opening it by choosing 'eject' through the computer, but neither have worked. It's an external drive. I've taken it out, but haven't found any ways of opening it manually. Anyone have suggestions?
