HP DV6000 webcam driver issues

Hello,

I am having some issues with getting my webcam working on my DV6000. I have gone to the official website for HP and downloaded the correct WIN XP drivers for my model. I am fairly computer saavy but this just has me stumped.

Also there are a number of things I cannot install on my laptop. Have tried to uninstall the previous drivers (if any) and also manually installing the drivers. None of these things seem to work.

I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing the same problem and could give me a quick "how to".

Yes i also have the same problem from my dv7 i cant get the cam open ok

I there i am having problems downloading the dvd driver and webcam driver for my hp dv6000 laptop and the hp website doesn't let me download ... any suggestions or ideas ???

Mine also does this.
It let me use the webcam once, now it's showing I don't even have one. Its built in!
If you find a solution, please let me know via email.
