Real player not working

Hello,

I have real player 9 & now its not opening. I have reinstalled the real player 9 once again. Though, its not opening.
Pl help me on this.

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.3

Hi,

U Uninstall the Real Player 9...& Delete the Real player 9 Files from "C" Drive.

And then u may Install Realplayer 11 Gold..nw Ur Realplayer is Working....

Done and Done! all you guys having trouble downloading videos from you tube among other places, upgrading to

Real player 11 is the answer!! the upgrade will enable what we all loved to do in previous versions; download videos and add them to our collection. Problem solved!!

I can not redownload real player my computer befor i delet real player now can not instell please send me solution
