Micromax Q3 connection to PC

Hello,

Hello,
I tried connecting micromax Q3 with my LT. In spite of "successfully" installing all the drivers, given as a part of media (cd), phone suite shows disconnected. I have not been able to sync my contacts with the phone.

Can anyone suggest a way-out of this mess, which micromax has managed to create so peacefully.

Dear Sir,

Please indicate through what method you are getting the phone connected for if you are connecting it through a cable, you will require its cable driver. Please indicate whether you are making use of its cable driver for further help.

Even i have the same problem can any one slove this problem .............
